Greenthumb CBO is developing a wide range of products that change how people consume fish. 
Greenthumb is the first and only Fish value addition organization in Nakuru County and one that is youth-run.
Our product changes attention from the traditional whole fish consumption towards a more inclusive approach.
Our fish sausages, fish meatballs, samosas, and burgers, are suitable for all ages and most fitting as a healthy option for children, and the elderly. 
Most importantly, our products take fish from dinner and lunch tables to the breakfast and snacking tables as well.
